CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNDERWRITING SUPPORT

If you are growing your book and starting to get bogged down with service requests and other non-revenue generating tasks, you can hire staff to assist. Or, with InsureZone Direct you have two options that would be far less costly. 

  1. Full Time Servicing — One is to allow InsureZone to service your book with its professional staff of underwriters and CSR’s.
  2. Part-Time Servicing — The other is to utilize InsureZone’s back office assistance just when you need it most, like when you are on vacation.
