Become A Zone Manager
InsureZone’s goal is to expand nationwide by partnering with Zone Managers to grow our Alliance. If you are an experienced independent agent looking for a new revenue stream for your agency, the Zone Manager role may be for you. Our Zone Managers are set up to build a substantial operation by attracting quality agencies in a defined geographic area. The addition of a Zone Manager relationship has proven to be an innovative way for existing agencies to substantially increase their size and influence in a short period of time without compromising their independence.
Requirements
- Experience — 5 or more years of experience in the insurance industry
- History of Success — proven history of sales growth and profitable sales
- Insurance Background — Stellar insurance industry reputation: we will be reviewing your E&O Record, your licenses, and will talk to carriers and check references
- Strategy — Your agency should have an entrepreneurial approach to new business development and agency management
- Stability — Your agency must be financially stable with the ability to be add the marketing staff necessary to grow your stable of sub-agents
- Business Plan — All qualified agencies should have a business plan that includes a track record or growth along with substantial and attainable premium volume and profitability goals
- Risk Management — Your agency should have a well-defined process for pre-screening risks and to ensure data integrity
- Existing Book — $8MM–$10MM in existing agency premium
Defined Territory
Zone Managers will have the right to an exclusive territory defined by State, city, county or defined region as appropriate. Expansion outside this Territory will be limited unless approved by InsureZone. This territory will remain exclusive to the Zone Manager as long as approved budgetary, recruitment, written premium and loss ratio goals are maintained.
